06h45 – 07h15: Bus pick-up from Hanoi by limousine bus
07h20 – 11h45: Bus transfer to Pù Luông along Hồ Chí Minh trails with available stopover at a cornet of Cúc Phương national park.
11h45 – 14h00: Arrival at Puluong, lunch and room check-in at our exclusive retreat
14h00 – 18h00: This is a short walk from Puluong Valley retreat to the Uoi & Lan villages. Guests can interact with local people living on the hillside, get a glimpse at daily life, walk around farmlands and terraced rice paddies, and get to know more about the authentic lifestyle.
Continue walk down hill to a local home, where you can take rest then take a cycle to go cycling around Lan village. Cycling through the rice paddies and another village to explore more the landscape surround. Ride back to the local home, then go back to Pu luong Valley Home for dinner.
18h30: Guests come back to the Pu luong Valley Home and relax at our pool. The pool bar opens from 5pm and serves wine, ice-cold beer, cocktails and juicy fruits.
19h00 – night: Dinner with our nice authentic Asian cuisines. The highlight time of the journey. Cool air, little candles and folk songs will offer a relaxing time after a hard travelling day. You can relax at our pool bar and enjoy happy water.
Good morning Pu Luong – This is winning time for cloud hunting, Yoga, Admire a sea of clouds bobbing hillside, pour into the valley then climb up to the mountain. The sun slowly rises beyond those clouds creating a lifetime picture of nature. An easy walk to welcome early sunrise, half of hours meditation or yoga, or simply a cup of hot coffee at the swimming pools, all are an unforgettable memory.
07h30 – 08h30: Breakfast time
08h30 – 11h30: Only 10km from Puluong Valley Home, and accessible by car/motorbike or a scenic trek, lies the pretty Kho Mường hamlet at the base of a steep valley. Its remote nature means you can still witness life as it has been over centuries, revolving around rice fields, vegetable gardens, and livestock. Behind Kho Mường, in the middle of the mountain, is Bat Cave. The cave is known for the 5 species of bats that have lived here for thousands of years. Brave travellers can also climb down to the cave for an interesting adventure. Try to find stalactite rocks transformed from limestone in water drips from the cave’s upside.
Our bus will take you to Đồng Điểng hamlet, where you will start descending along the trail through terraced rice paddies to the mountain foot. Take another 1-km walk you will reach Kho Mường. Resting for a while, then discovering the village, and after a short mountain walk, the massive Bat cave suddenly appears and will leave you speechless. Walk to the main road, where our bus pick you up to Nha Hang Dac San Puluong for lunch.
12h00 – 13h30: Lunch time.
13h30 – 17h30: Good bye Pu Luong and bus back to Hanoi.
